South Dakota – Stock Epinephrine Law
Congratulations! On March 12, 2014, South Dakota Governor Dennis Daugaard signed a stock epinephrine bill into law, allowing schools to maintain and administer stock epinephrine auto-injectors in certain cases.
However, our job is not done yet. Each law or regulation must be implemented or put into action by a board or an agency.
