Connecticut – Stock Epinephrine Law

Congratulations!  In May 2014, Connecticut passed a law that permits schools to maintain and stock epinephrine in case of an emergency.  The law, Public Act 14-176, can be read at:  The law went into effect on July 1, 2014.

However, our job is not done yet. Each law or regulation must be implemented or put into action by a board or an agency.
