USAnaphylaxis Summits

Our online community

The USAnaphylaxis Summits bring together nationally and internationally known experts in the field of allergy and anaphylaxis with stakeholders, including allergists, pediatricians, school nurses, patients, patient advocacy organizations and more. Experts present on high level topics, which provide the foundation for discussion. In 2016, these topics included an update on the latest research, a look at current legislative issues and emergency medical service practice parameters to looking at strategies for educating school staff to allergy management in the restaurant venue.

Unique Format
Unlike many conferences, the Summits are extremely interactive. Participants have a significant amount of time for networking with each other and with speakers. Throughout the day, Summit participants work together to generate new ideas and strategies to address key concerns or unmet needs.

Feedback from Summit attendees
“At the end of the summit in Philadelphia, a mom who was a former nurse came up to me. She was really appreciative of the entire program and said she felt like she was in a room of allergy rock stars!”
John Lee, MD, Boston Children’s Hospital in Boston, MA

“I liked how speakers were relevant, answered questions thoroughly and gave valuable information. I have attended asthma and allergy meetings since 1991 and thought this conference was extremely valuable and the speakers were fabulous.”

“I loved how the conference was more interactive than a lecture…I really enjoyed my day and learned a ton!
