Cristin Buckley shares how her family is always ready to go with asthma and allergies ― whether they’re off to school, a friend’s house, football practice or a trip to the park ― in her latest video blog.
The family keeps a draw-string bag by the door with an asthma inhaler or epinephrine auto-injector. “It makes it easier because we don’t have to run around the house and look for it,” Cristin says.
The Buckleys also keep extra, allergy-safe snacks like popcorn in the bag so that food is available at all times.
